Make better use of the devices you already own.

MyHeartRate was created to bridge the gap for Apple Watch owners who also use Garmin products for fitness and want to use the Watch they already own for heart-rate monitoring — without wearing an additional heart-rate strap, bracelet, or sensor.

Start a workout from Apple Watch and MyHeartRate captures live heart-rate data using Apple HealthKit. The current BPM is displayed on the Watch and shared in real time with the MyHeartRate companion app on the paired iPhone.

For people who use both ecosystems, MyHeartRate is designed as a bridge toward a more integrated experience without another heart-rate accessory.
